Working with Liz was great, since she already had some specific ideas about what she was hoping to accomplish with the shoot. Prior to going out, we scouted several locations, looking at light and backgrounds that would fit into her ideas. We decided on two separate areas in one home, trying to incorporate the details we discussed.
The images were to be used on her website and business cards, so my focus was also on creating an image that could be cropped to accommodate the business card size. After discussing clothing colors and reflecting on the areas we selected for the images, we were able to create an impressive color palette and flattering angles to show Liz at her best.
